Sarah Mahoney has been helping buyers and sellers navigate Northern Michigan real estate since 2014. A longtime Copemish resident, she focuses primarily on Manistee and Benzie Counties, bringing local knowledge, attention to detail, and a practical understanding of rural properties to every transaction.

In addition to real estate, Sarah is an owner and administrator of Cap’s Pumping Service and Cap’s Excavating, family-owned businesses operated by the Mahoney family. Through Cap’s Pumping Service, Sarah works closely with customers maintaining their septic systems and coordinating District Health Department #10 required well and septic inspections. Cap’s Excavating handles septic and drainfield installations, home foundations, commercial water and sewer projects, and other excavation work. Sarah is involved throughout the process, assisting with consultations, planning, permitting, billing, and day-to-day business operations.

That experience gives Sarah a valuable perspective when working with real estate—especially rural homes, vacant land, and properties with private wells and septic systems. She understands that what is below the ground can be just as important as what you see when you walk through the front door.

 Allison Krause entered real estate in 2026 and wasted no time getting to work. Allison has a tenacious personality and a relentless drive to get things done. Before real estate, she worked as a CNA, where compassion, patience, and caring for others were part of her everyday life. Allison lives in a small lake community in Interlochen, where she enjoys helping her neighbors, hosting cookouts, spending time with family, and soaking up as much Michigan sunshine as possible. Her husband is a full-time lineman whose work takes their family throughout the state, and Allison has turned those travels into another opportunity to learn. She enjoys experiencing Michigan's small towns firsthand, learning what makes each community unique, and expanding her knowledge wherever the road takes her.
